Core to our work is an analytical framework/foundation we call I.D.E.A. (Intersectionality, Diversity, Empathy, Alliance), which seeks to help organizations achieve more robust relationships with their client, donor, and stakeholder communities, and to break out of limitations imposed by organizational habit and bias.​

Relationships are ultimately grown and nurtured by action - so stories that are truly practical can't stop with abstract understanding; they must show us how to be active allies, and illuminate the path forward toward a mutually desirable future.
