We are a research, measurement, and strategy firm focused on supporting work that improves people's lives, and enhances the social good.
Central to our work is an analytical framework we call I.D.E.A. (Intersectionality, Diversity, Empathy, Alliance), that we use to help organizations build stronger relationships with their client, donor, and stakeholder communities, and to break out of limitations imposed by organizational habits and biases.
Our Approach
Our work is made up of two independent, but overlapping, practices:
a Knowledge Practice focused on helping organizations develop deeper individual and institutional understanding of their client, donor, and partner communities, and
a Data Practice focused on building the data sets, measurement programs, and analytical skills required to tell the story of their work.
